PHYSICAL FITNESS TEST (PFT) MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • MALE APPLICANTS
    • 10 dead-hang pullups (Perfect score: 20 pullups)
    • 75 crunches in 2 minutes (Perfect score: 100 in 2 minutes)
    • 3 mile run in 24:00 (Perfect score: 3 miles in 18:00)
  • FEMALE APPLICANTS
    • 50 second flexed-arm hang (Perfect score: 70 seconds)
    • 75 crunches in 2 minutes (Perfect score: 100 in two minutes)
    • 3 mile run in 27:00 (Perfect score: 3 miles in 21:00)
